Camp Founder Girls is back again this summer—bigger and better than ever!

When + where is camp?

We will be at Morgan's Wonderland Camp, located right in San Antonio, TX from July 3-8, 2022.

How much does it cost?

The cost of camp this year is $425, but we offer a sliding scale** option, where caregivers pay what they can.

What's the application process?

Applications for summer 2022 are now closed. Soon we will have a place to sign up for information on Summer 2023.

What about teens and adults?

Though the majority of our counselor, CIT, and staff roles have been filled, we are still looking for alternates and operational support.

We welcome volunteers with open arms—and have several opportunities when we will need some extra hands and smiling faces!

Who is CFG for?

CFG is for Black girls* currently in 3rd-8th grade. Campers can come from anywhere, as long as they can be in San Antonio by camp!

How many will be there?

This summer will be our biggest yet—with 160 campers and 60 staff members!

*Camp Founder Girls is designed for girls who identify as Black, African American, multiracial or broadly representing the African diaspora, and we welcome campers who identify as female, nonbinary, and gender expansive.

**Because we don't want cost to be the reason any camper doesn't attend Camp Founder Girls, we offer the option for caregivers to pay what they can, anywhere from $25 to even beyond the $425 price for families who want to support other campers.
